Saporit is an idea born from the passion of Mr. Fabio Trotto, heir to an Italian family that has been working in the food industry for three generations. In 2011, following a consideration resulting from years of experience in large-scale international distribution, Fabio decided to found a company with his partner Maurizio Burlando, with the aim of offering the foreign market a quality product that symbolizes the Italian way of life in the world: artisan ice cream.
